Good Monday Morning all! Hope you had a lovely weekend. The spring weather lured me into my garden to sort out some pruning if seriously dead wood. Whilst dragging a massive branch across the patio, I tripped and it the floor. I realised that being over 50, I no longer bounce! My knee is the size of a football, am covered in bruises and ache all over! What am wimp? However, dosed up with Ibuprofen, I am about to head to the C&C studios for the 9am and 4pm shows, what a trooper, ha ha!
