Good Monday morning America! Would you pray this prayer out loud with me today. Dear Father God............we pray for those who serve in the background of Your kingdom with little fanfare or recognition...............those who are willing to sit at the foot of the table, not eager to promote themselves but willing to be a blessing in Your house Lord.............especially those who wait at the front doors of the church each Lords Day, or those who work in the nursery or teach the little children................we ask for special rewards for these individuals..............and we ask that You bless the first responders in our city or community..............those who stand guard over us................those who are willing to risk their lives for our safety.................for the doctors and nurses who spend long hours at the local clinic or hospital.............applying their hard earned skills to keep us well..................sacrificing their time and comforts to ministry to our physical well being.......................and we ask that You bless many other professions who willingly serve us with very little appreciation.............may we take just a few moments extra each day to say thank you...............we really appreciate you helping us.................we bless these special people today Lord and we ask that You bless them..............and we pray for those today who may have a death wish over their lives...............somehow always feeling they are going to die a premature death..................or those who long to die, feeling they have nothing to live for.................and we pray for another spiritual awakening in our land today................as well as Ghana, Spain and Jamaica..................we ask these things in Jesus name................amen.
