Good Monday to you all! We are featuring our Flatlands Wheat beer today as our Monday Growler Special. Flatlands Wheat is a American Wit with a twist! Coriander and orange peel were thrown into the boil just before flame off to give a spicy, citrusy aroma. Willamette hops were sparingly used, giving off a woody, spicy hop flavor. The hop presence doesn’t overpower the winter wheat that comes straight from the flatlands. Golden in color with a nice citrusy flavor, this ale is sure to quench.
