Good Morning :-) What a glorious day! What inspires you? Please share? What does inspiration mean to you? I would love you to share? To me inspiration is about creativity. Inspiration gives permission for more... more aliveness, more creativity, more fun, more dreams to come to reality. People inspire me :-) People that are true to themself and offer me possibilities to cross new thresholds - they have come to me in the form of my psychotherapy teachers, from the gym I went to, some of my university lecturers, friends, my daughters, the people I work with. Nature inspires me - a blue sky, the warm of the sun, a colorful flower, the scent of a flower, a tree, the ocean and more. Books I read inspire me - beautiful objects, there is so much in the day that I can take in and allow me to be creative. The terrible experiences in my life even in some kind of way - being the opposite of inspiration and creativity remind me of how much I want to feel the joy of being alive and being creative. Good food inspires me as I feel the energy of the good food my mind and body are clear and willing to create a good life!
