…. Good Morning ALL :-) …. I have woken this morning to the VERY Sad news that a 42 year old Man who collapsed as he finished the Marathon yesterday has Died …. Such tragic news puts my sore knees story into perspective, and I send My Condolences and Thoughts to his Family and Friends …. How terrible, that what should have been a moment of such wonderful Personal Triumph, has ended with such deep sadness …. His name has not been released yet but I SALUTE him and Will hold a thought for him EVERY time I look at my medal …. I would like to say a huge THANK YOU ! to ALL of you wonderful people who have supported me and posted congratulations and good wishes to me yesterday …. It makes the news about this chap today even more Poignant .. Please Hold a Thought for the guy and is Family today …. THEY are MUCH more deserving of your Beautiful Energy at this time ….. Big LOVE !
