Good Morning All: Headline: A cold cloudy start sunny spells with winds increasing. A cloudy and chilly start as we saw the coldest night so far with many areas being icey this morning with some fog patches around this morning. This should clear to bring some bright sunny spells for many areas with parts of Kent possibly hanging onto the cloud cover for most of the day. Cloud cover will build during the afternoon and rain will arrive across Cornwall later this afternoon and will affect many areas during this evening and over night. We will start with a light breeze from the South but during the day this will increase and become more of a South Westerly with gusts between 2 - 10 mph with gusts picking up to around 30 mph in places. Temperatures will slowly rise once the sun is out but sadly will remain in lower figures Max 8C Min 4C. Have a good day all and we will have a weekly outlook up later today.
