Good Morning All! I am up at my usual 4:30. Blah! 4:30 are you crazy? Yes in both sense I am. But no I have found that in order to get myself to workout it has to be one of the first things that I do each day. Its not important when you workout its the simple fact that you do it. So if 4:30 in the morning or midnight is better for you then go for it. It those first steps or even just pushing play that are the most important parts of the workout. And you know what I can guarantee that if you do get going you will do way more than you intended. Happy Hump Day!
