Good Morning All! Wishing you all a good day! How many times have you listened to someone say, “think positive” when you are feeling down and out, depressed, anxious, frustrated, or being negative? I know you hear me say be positive a lot during my posts over the last two years. Trust me it is not something I did most of my life and my health tanked, my life was stagnant, and I wasn’t living the life I wanted. HOWEVER, being positive has a direct relationship to your health both emotionally and physically AND has a direct effect on your relationships including your significant other! Let me ask another question, is your life feeling like a glass half-full or half-empty? The answer you give is based on your positive thinking which directly correlates to your attitude, outlook on life, and even in your relationships. I always thought my glass was empty, never achieving what I had planned. Since I have been working on changing my outlook on life with a positive attitude my life and its surrounds have changed for the good and my relationships have improved as well. I no longer say my glass is half-empty as it is being filled everyday with new experiences. Just some thoughts for today! Live your life to become a positive lifestyle including within your relationships and your relationship will become stronger and more enjoyable. Remember a positive day starts with a Smile; a negative day can be turned around with a simple smile! SO, what are you waiting for!!! Put that SMILE on and enjoy!
