Good Morning, An international company specializing in ferroalloy manufacturing would like to lease or purchase an existing building (no greenfield sites) for manufacturing and distribution. The company is searching for an existing building between 30,000 sq. ft. and 50,000 sq. ft. The company will only accept single tenant buildings. The minimum ceiling height accepted is 21 ft. The building should also have or be able to accommodate 5-ton overhead cranes. Ideally, the building should have 8-10 offices and a loading dock that can accommodate truck traffic. Utility requirements are still being finalized by the company at this time. However, the following is general guidance for the search. Electric – 1,500 kWh - They anticipate requiring 440V and 2,500 amps of electricity.
