Being replaced by a future super star or being the “person that comes after THE person” is never fun. Someday, Captain Adkins will replace me here. When he does a stellar job, I will be like Pete Best. “Oliver? Didn’t he used to be a chief somewhere?” Happy Birthday to Carmelita Jeter. She is an Olympic sprinter who was named the second-fastest woman of all time. She won gold, silver, and bronze medals at the 2012 London games. There is no truth to the rumor that I am challenging her to a foot race. Three steps into it, I would feel something snap and it would take years or physical therapy to fix me.
