Good Morning, Dear Friends! I looked at the calendar this morning and it made me happy. On this hot day, 21 years ago, a loaded U-Haul truck and a packed down Suburban drove in to Mineral Wells, with every worldly possession that I owned, for me to start my years as a teacher for Mineral Wells ISD. I felt hot, tired, excited, a bit apprehensive, and blessed. Never did I realize that I would be a part of my community for this long. I had the best job in the world teaching music at Travis Elementary to the best Babies. I was able to get acquainted with so many good people and am blessed that they allowed me to come into their lives as they came into mine. Many great memories have been accrued through these years. I hope with my deepest heart, that I have been a blessing to the people of Mineral Wells as it has been a blessing to me. This is home! Have a wonderful Sunday. Love you all! Bye!!!!!!
