Good Morning Everyone! Thank you to everyone that has reached out and helped me get these journals printed for such a great cause! I am only $500.00 away with an hour and a half left to go! When I say that every dollar counts, I mean it! Please help if you can. As a parent, I am so thankful that my children are tucked safely in their bed every night, no matter how hard of a day it was. Sadly enough, someday this could be anyone of us. Thank you! Please Help By Monday Morning! This is our chance to make the biggest difference to date! Its the holidays and I am asking for your help. Last night I received an email requesting 300 journals for the Dr. Phil audience this Wednesday. The audience will consist of parents with children that have a mental illness. We are doing this on behalf of Amanda Todd. I am blessed to have become social media friends with her mom, Carol. Talk about a parent that has been put through the wringer and came out with a purpose and a passion to help raise awareness on cyber-bullying and teen suicide. She never thought it would be her daughter, Amanda that would take her life, but she did. It is the most internationally known cyber-bullying case. They moved numerous times, trying to avoid the constant badgering, but it wouldnt stop. Amanda made waves by posting her story two weeks before she took her life. Its exact what Trust Journals are meant for. I am not making one penny off of this. The journals have to get printed Monday and then over nighted. The shipping alone is going to cost approximately $500.00, plus the expedited printing they charge an additional 35%. The total will be about $1800.00. Please do what you can to help me reach this goal. As a mom with a teenager, Ive experience sleepless nights and worry. I cant imagine what it would be like lose a child to suicide. I want to do my part to make sure that these children know there are other options. Not every parent gets one more chance to hug their child goodnight or to hear their laugh one more time.
