Good Morning FB Friends and Family! The Fruit of Unfailing Love! Exodus 15:13 - strength; Psalm 13:5 - trusting; Psalm 32:10 - surrounding us; Psalm 143:12 - powerful; Lamentations 3:32 - compassionate; Ephesians 2:4-5 - by grace we are saved! The effect of Gods love on His children is Ephesians 5:1-2 - Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children and live a fragrant life of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice for God. The truth God teaches in His Word: God is the ONE and ONLY who can love anyone to wholeness and even Almightily God refuses to make anyone accept His love! God allows us to experience the tiniest fraction of how He feels - trying to imagine watching your child drown because he wont embrace the lifesaver around him is excruciating. God has to be God to go through rejection over and over and still love! God loves perfectly. His love is both vocal and demonstrative. He balances blessing and discipline. Gods love is unfailing, so anytime we perceive He does not love us, our perceptions are wrong! Anything we perceive about God that does not match up with (1) His Word - truth in Scripture and (2) the portrayal of His character in Scripture -- is a lie! Long-term liberation comes from accompanying God on a trek to (1) identifying the problem, (2) demolish the problem, and (3) continue to walk in His truth. Another phrase or thought I use all the time is this: RRR - Recognize the lie - Renounce the lie - Replace the lie with Gods Truth! Gods child who trusts His love possesses security in Gods leadership. Jeremiah 29:11 - He knows His plans for us. Gods child who trusts His love possesses security in their salvation. We will not fear that God could ever stop loving us. Gods child who trusts His love possesses security in Gods mercy! He cannot see you through anything less a loving Fathers eyes - always ready to accept us and forgive those who repent. Gods child who trusts His love possesses security in His defense. Psalm 143:12 says, In your unfailing love, silence my enemies; destroy all my foes, for I am your servant. Conclude today with 1 John 3:19-20 and 4:16 - This then is how we know that we belong to the truth, and how we set our hearts at rest in his presence, and he knows everything. And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. Yall He already knows everything about you - and Yes He still loves you! Repent and trust Him to meet your needs, not others around you. I guarantee you this: If you put your happiness and joy in the hands of those around you - they will fail you - probably not on purpose, but it will happen! But when you put your trust to be made full - whole - complete in the Lord our God - His love is unfailing and He will always be your rock - your strength - your justice provider! Make the choice to believe in His love and mercy for you - and choose to accept His death in your place on the cross. Father, thank You for doing for me what I could not do for myself! Thank You for choosing me to be a voice in this lost world for your love and mercy! God I love you and as your servant I fully surrender to what you have for me! Everyday Father, it is my heart that I breathe in your Word, experience your presence, and adhere to Your will for my life God! Amen. Have a blessed day!
