Good Morning FB friends it’s Wednesday, July 24th, 2013. It was a busy evening preparing for Elena’s Surgery tomorrow. “Team Mom” shirts were home-made in support of her in her surgery. Today’s Destiny Road Journey post is entitled the “Joy of Encouraging and Edifying One Another.” There will always “messengers of doom” that will always be sent from the enemy to steal our Joy and constantly lift themselves up and demoralize others. We must steer clear of these “wreckers” and cling to those whom encourage us to grab the “checkers” (a life of Victory)! The opportunity and purpose of the Lord is clearly defined through an often “quoted” scripture by many and must be grasped and “downloaded” on our “hard drive” (our heart). ~ “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I HAVE COME THAT THEY MAY HAVE LIFE, AND THAT THEY MAY HAVE IT MORE ABUNDANTLY.” (Jesus in John 10:10). ~ God has instilled in each of us the ability to live above the external negative forces which attack us. We must team up with God against the “negative forces.” ~ “For whatever was thus written in former days was written for our instruction, that by [our steadfast and patient] endurance and the encouragement [drawn] from the Scriptures we might hold fast to and cherish hope. Now may the God who gives the power of patient endurance (steadfastness) and who supplies encouragement, grant you to live in such mutual harmony and such full sympathy with one another, in accord with Christ Jesus, that together you may [unanimously] with united hearts and one voice, praise and glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah).” (Rom. 15:4-6 AMP). ~Pray for one another on the Destiny Road Journey that we bring Joy, Encouragement and Edification to others therefore bringing them to a continuous “Victorious Life” that God desires for each of us! ~Blessings!
