Good Morning Facebook! So as many of you know i have started the battle with my weight. I have tried the gimicks, hype and fad diets to no avail. Like many of you. I have joined a gym and changed my diet to HUGE success. I have lost close to 25 pounds and counting. I have dropped 2 pants sizes and i have a few more to go. This is a personal goal, I know people have had a hard time losing weight so maybe if any of you want to talk about what changes i have made and what i do to make this happen please feel free to ask. I have no secrets its hard work and far from instant results. It takes a drive and want to do it. YES i go to the gym 2-3 days a week BUT i also am active at home. Walking, playing with the dogs or riding there are a few simple 20-30 minute exercises that sound stupid that have worked for me as well that i do when i cant get to the gym. The main reason i am writing this is as a women i know about all of the stereotypes around womens weight. If you are comfortable in who you are then all the power to you. If you want to change for you or health reason maybe i can help. Today i realized how the hard work payed off because i put on a pair of jeans that i bouhgt myself when i started this weight loss goal and they are now to big. If i can do it ANYONE can. If you want help ask i will i do what i can. Sometimes alittle support goes a long way!
