Good Morning Facebook! We start off the day with great news! In an effort to continue our Cooking Class Program, we are genuinely trying to schedule at least one class per month through the end of October. The next class will take place March 10th at 6:30pm. Back to join us once again is Chef Michelangelo, Member of the Italian Federation of Chefs The Menu for this class has a VEGETARIAN & GLUTEN-FREE theme centered around many ways to use Risotto. Here is the menu for the March 10, 2014 Class The recipes included are: Antipasti Involtini di Melanzana e Riso (Eggplant and Rice Roll-up) Insalatina di Riso con Fragole e Aceto Balsamico (Strawberry and Rice Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing) Primi Piatti Risotto con Ceci e Pesto (Risotto with Chick Peas & Pesto) Risotto agli Asparagi (Risotto with Asparagus) Dolce Panna Cotta con Riso e Marron Glacè (Panna Cotta with Rice and Candied Chestnuts) The fee for the class is $75.00 per person which includes:· Cooking Class instruction and participation · Recipes in a Spiral-Bound Notebook · A complete dinner comprised of the night recipes · Open Bar, featuring our House Wines, Beers and Soft Drinks · Appetizers · Entry into a drawing for prizes · Start time: 6:30 PM Please contact Karina or Roberto to reserve your stop.
