Good Morning Friends! The September Edition of the Aaron Pastors ALL PURPOSE newsletter is attached. This months edition highlights the following: A very successful fundraising event held in Kansas City in early August. Friends and Family came together to participate in the 1st Annual Aaron Pastor Texas Holdem tournament. The success of the event contributing to over $4,000 dollars raised for the Aaron Pastor Memorial Scholarship. Our family thanks all of those who participated, donated, and volunteered during the event. By signing up as a member of Aarons Angels, you can actively participate in fundraising opportunities to get volunteers, event participants, and reach out to local companies as an ambassador to Aarons foundation. As we near future fundraising events, we will reach out to you to help us raise funds and get participants to play in local and virtual events. We also will honor your efforts in our newsletter by sharing your story of friendship and love, a trait that Aaron was best known for. Aarons website has been updated to now show historical copies of our newsletter, pictures from events, and scholarship recipient winner & essays. Although the first year of the foundation has kicked off to a great start, our goals are quite big! For those that want to help in raising local funds in your area, weve attached a brochure describing the foundation and its goals. My family has plenty of copies, so feel free to stop by or request brochures to be sent to you, so that you can spread the word about Aaron and the good work we want to accomplish through his foundation. To see all the participants play in the tournament that came from near and far, was a true blessing. Our family was so honored and enthusiastic in hearing the many stories and memories that Aaron gave us. This was a time to celebrate Aarons life and come together for (what Aaron would call) a great Family Fun Night!
