Good Morning Friends! This beautiful Sunday, I would like to ask you to join with me in prayer for the church body as a whole and also for each local body of believers. “Father, Thank You again for the institution of Your church! At this moment I want to stand in the gap in prayer for the precious church body as a whole and for each local church body of believers as we are united through Christ Jesus in this most holy union together. May Your churches grow even more intimate in their relationship with each other and with You as the mighty binding force that bonds them solidly and steadfastly to each other, I pray. May the churches grow strong physically, mentally and spiritually I pray. May Jesus be seen shining in and to and through the churches in all that they do. May we grow to be, not an average church, but a great church to help turn this world upside down for Jesus Christ! Father, I pray for guidance as the church finds itself going through different challenges. Father, though in no way we always understand the whys, whens, and hows of what You do or allow, help us to just trust You, that You are good, that You are faithful, that You are loving, that You are merciful and that in somehow, some way You are using all that has and is happening for the best for Your children and the best for Your glory. Father thank You that You are the One who heals the brokenhearted, and binds up their wounds, those painful wounds which causes the broken hearts. Open the eyes of everyone involved that they may see clearly. Open their ears that they may hear Your Word to them plainly. Open their mind that they may clearly understand it. Open their hearts that they may be willing to receive it. I pray concerning the ministry opportunities, that You will open the door wide and even give them a push through the doors you would have them go and slam the door shut to any other doors of entrance if it is not Your perfect will for them to enter. And in either or both cases give them assurance through Your perfect peace that this is the best way to go! Father, bless them with safety and victory. And as others see what You are doing in, to and through Your church body may it draw them into a desire to have a close relationship with You and a closer relationship with their own local family of believers! And as always I ask that You be glorified my Lord in what and in all that You do as You do Your perfect will! In Jesus name I pray! Amen”
