Good Morning Friends! Today is my rest day, but I had to film one video for you all! And in my holiday snowflake tights!! This exercise move is a little more advanced, but still doable! I learned it from my PiYo home fitness program, and from learning choreography when I teach PiYo. If youre looking for a challenge, this is a good one! Its called BEAST MODE or BEAR POSE with KICK THROUGH! * Be sure to engage the core * Focus on balancing upper and lower body equally * By keeping butt low, this engages the glutes * Notice in video the first few times my leg is almost parallel with ground. As this becomes easy, advance by kicking leg higher, as seen in second part of video! Yay or Nay on this one?! ** FYI- Ill be announcing my Online January Health and Fitness Challenge Support Groups tonight! These are a great way to get healthy, fit and feeling good post the holidays, and starting off the year with a BANG !!
