Good Morning From Manila! Words are going around that money is moving to exclude names in the charge sheet to be filed by the Department of Justice re: the P10-B pork barrel scam. Names have to be cleared this early (forget the cost!) in preparation to the fast approaching Presidential Election. Now the conflicting testimonies of Luy and Cunanan is weakening the government case and putting holes in govt witnesses credibility. Is there an unseen hand secretly maneuvering to let Senators JP Enrile, Jingoy Estrada, and Bong Revilla, Jr., and other scalawags in the government to go scot-free? Putting holes in witnesses testimonies and to put doubt in the judges mind are sure ways to escape jail terms. Very soon, another witness will surface to tell a conflicting story. Very soon, only Janet Napoles is jailed not on the pork barrel scam but on illegal detention of Benhur Luy! Or… are our suspicions without basis and we just imagining things?
