Good Morning From The Wigan Neighbourhood Policing Team. A male offender has used a pedal cycle to cycle past a woman with a handbag as she was walking down Exeter Road towards Borsdane Avenue. The offender has snatched her handbag and made off. Offenders have approached a locked, secure car at an address on Windmoor Drive in Hindley and proceeded to smash the front nearside window and snatched a handbag from the footwell. Please limit oppurtunists chances of thieving and keep any valuables in your car out of sight. An offender has approached an unattended car which was parked in Hindley Green. They have dismantled and removed the catalytic converter system from the vehicle and made off unseen.
