Good Morning! Here are todays Fast 5 Headlines. 1. Yesterday we told you about our leaky stadium....problem is...no one has been able to see the damage as the media hasnt been allowed in. That news has got Sam Katz a little upset. The Mayor says Investors Group Field is a public facility, and as such, the public has a right to see whats going on. 2. City Police are asking for your help in finding a missing teen. 15 year old Faith Lecuyer was last seen on Tuesday in the downtown area. Shes described as 5 foot 6, with brown hair and about 150 pounds. Anyone with info on her whereabouts is asked to call either Crime Stoppers or the Missing Persons Unit. 3. There are more and more trashed garbage bins around town.....and now some residents want answers. Many are ticked with the city response as new bins are hard to come by. Further, city officials say of the 380,000 garbage carts used last year, 7,900 had to be repaired and 1,400 replaced...numbers they say are in line with other jurisdictions. 4. Want to get your taxes done on line? Well, thats not gonna happen for awhile. The heart bleed virus has caused the Canadian Revenue Agency to shut down its servers. The virus, is a particularity bad one as it has affected two-thirds of all websites on the Internet. And it doesnt matter whether you use Firefox, Google or Microsoft. 5. Finally today....first it was the polar vortex, now a pollen one? Experts say the effects of that massive arctic air mass may cause problems for allergy sufferers. Since our spring is running late, things like pollinating trees will spew higher than normal allergens into the air. Sunshine today in Peg City...but some gusty winds to go with it. Have a great day everyone :)
