Good Morning! Heres a short yoga routine for YOU! The cool thing about this video is the power of voice. I intentionally made it very detailed in my instruction so you as a student do not have to visually follow the entire video. Instead you can listen to my words and look up only when you need to. Heres an idea: play it on your smart phone. Maybe watch it once then listen and follow the guided practice. The goal of this routine is to lengthen the muscles, concentrating on the hip flexors, hamstrings and upper torso. It takes less than 6 minutes. It is perfect for the athlete that forgets to stretch the overworked muscles before or after a workout. Being a runner myself, I deal with tight hip flexors and this routine helps me greatly.
