Good Morning, I waited to see what people thought about the Case of Eric Garner. What Ive been reading mostly is people think the officer should have been Indicted. Some say no. My opinion only matters to me. I think that the Cop & the EMS worker should have been held responsible for a Death of a Man who was speaking healthy & for his freedom just seconds before. The female EMS worker did not want to perform CPR. she said she was skeeeved by Garner. Well Im skeeeved by her and she should at the very least GET FIRED for that & the Cop too!!! There is a thin line between good cops and bad cops! The problem is that they hire people from the suburbs who are thrown into the street on there first day to walk a beat in places that they wouldnt even drive by never mind walk! then they hire street thugs who over night play both sides of the law! The day of the old fashion beat cop is over. Its sad because the cops were not even called for Garner. They just recognized him and approached him because there superior officers were there and they had to make it look good for them! Yes he is a was a very big man (key word Man as in human being) I have had run ins with Garner in my past and I can tell you he was a good person!! I also want to mention the fact that I was Beaten and had limbs broken by a group of NYPD they actually slammed my hands while cuffed in the doors of the Van on Purpose after they failed at trying to throw me head first in the Van. My hand was broken in 2 places and it will never be the same! I have a constant fear every time I see a patrol car! I sued nypd for those officers Not any other! it was an isolated incident! not one of those officers were held accountable for beating an innocent Man~ ME!!! I have Family & Friends who are and were Police Officers. I know they dont act like this! it is has been said that the chokehold cop who Killed Garner had 13 other cases against him as far as complaints of brutality and false arrest!! what are they thinking. obviously this jerk is Gun Ho for Collars and doesnt care for the safety of the community. he is a rogue cop who more than likely got abused in school growing up like many of them, and now they have the petty power to abuse the public! as far as the Michael brown case.. I dont know I didnt see happen But we did see what happened to Garner and that my Friends at the very least involuntary manslaughter which holds 7 years. if I chokehold a perp holding him for the cops and he dies then I would get MURDER 2! Im neither bitter or surprised on the outcome of the case. Im yet to see an officer get be held accountable in situations like this. Dialo, Bell, Biaz, and what about the young 27 year old man walking down his own staircase to load his car up to go see his Family for Thanksgiving and gets shot by a rookie cop who said he was scared!! thats not acceptable.. he should be held responsible for the death 7 years minimum!!! COPS ARE NOT ABOVE THE LAW!! there are still 16 hours of the day left when they punch out!! they need to remember that those 16 hours they are the same as every one in this World! gain I emphasize that not all cops are to be judged! They have a Job to do.J-O-B that is all it is!!!!!
