Good Morning! Im getting a slow start today, which seems to be normal during this vacation. Im SO enjoying my quiet days and I cant seem to regret not getting as much done as I had planned. Its sunny today, which is a gift because the entire back side of the cottage is flooded with sunshine and the dogs and I pile on the big brown chair and bask in the light with our eyes half closed. My little troop of squirrels are just a few feet away outside having the breakfast I laid out for them last night. Every once in a while it becomes too much for a dog or two and they dash outside which makes the squirrels scramble and hang upside down scolding. It must be a little windy...the trees are swaying in that ice blue sky. Its mesmerizing watching them. In a few minutes I will get laundry going...start a big pot of veggie soup and light a fire for the cheerfulness of it. Today is a day at home with little chores. So happy it is a sunny one.
