Good Morning. Its 1:30am and I cant sleep. Yesterday was very stressful and Im still wound up (thanks D S). When I woke up a few ago, I did have a thought that is Kicking my Ass. Here it goes. I WANT vs. I NEED. These are two very different terms that I have used over the years.This started, to the best that I can recollect in 1983. Jean and I owned a business in Parker, AZ called River Supply. Being a Plumbing Retail/Wholesale Business and doing verry well. Then the river was flooded by the Bureau Of Reculmations total lack of decission making ability. They had let the lakes of Powel, Mead, Mohave and Havasu to be maintained a the maximum level. When the winter of 82/83 had produced 300% snow pack in the Rocky Mountains there was no where for the water to go but down streem, flooding all the Colorado River Basin cities and towns in its way. I only know what the results of this event as I saw them in the Town Of Parker AZ. The whole surrounding area was devistated. The water level of the river and lakes had raisin until there were many homes and business under water. My business, I thought, was spared for it was withing the limits of Parker, high and dry. BOY WAS I WRONG
