Good Morning Ladies.... The Book of Titus Ch 1 discuss the Characteristics & Leadership of an ELDER, sayn such individual must B blameless, the husband of 1 wife, a man whos children believe & R not open 2 the charge of being wild & disobedient. Goes on 2 say since an overseer is Entrusted with Gods work, he must B blameless-not overbearing, not quick-tempered, not given 2 drunkenness, not violent, not pursuing dishonest gain. Rather he must be hospitable, 1 who loves what is good, who is self controlled, upright, holy & disciplined. He must hold firmly 2 the trustworthy message as it has been taught, so that he can ENCOURAGE others by sound doctrine & refute those who oppose it. This book deals with the hearts/mind set of people that R not right, out 4 self gain by any means necessary! They R rebellious, mere talkers & deceivers, especially those of circumcision group....belonging 2 a certain sect/click/belief......they r teachn things that should not B taught 4 the sake of DISHONEST GAIN! Bible speak of them as being LIARS, EVIL BRUTES, LAZY GLUTTONS & That testimony being true of them! 2 the PURE, all things R PURE, but 2 the CORRUPTED & DO NOT BELIEVE, NOTHING IS PURE....N FACT BOTH THEIR MINDS & CONSCIENCES R CORRUPTED...THEY CLAIM 2 NO GOD, BUT BY THEIR ACTIONS THEY DENY HIM. THEY R DESTESTABLE, DISOBEDIENT & UNFIT 4 DOING ANYTHING GOOD.........NONE OF THIS IS MY WORDS OR WORDING...its all N THE WORD......IJS We have got 2 B more CAREFUL....cant believe EVERYTHING U HEAR & ONLY HALF OF WHAT U C....thats the old sayn 2 let US NO THAT WE NEED 2 NO THAT WE NO 4 OURSELVES!!!!
