Good Morning South Africa since kno one speak for me I have decided to speak for myself ,less I be second guessed.Amidst a lot of speculation by the media. At kno stage did I or had any interest to stand in the Gauteng conference as a chair or anything for that matter .The branches that approached me for this (standing as a chair)I did make it clear to them that am not available. And I want to thank them today for respecting my descion , I dont think our internal democracy imply that you must contest for the sake of contesting the ANC is seriously under attack we need maximum unity of our structures members and the rest of the cadership. Since mangaung conference I have decided to play a constructive role in the movement and move away from factions and narrow self defeating,squabbles,And I think I have done that with diligence till this far. I take no brief from any quota but my ANC. I was defeated fair and square in mangaung and ,am at peace with that . I dare say am a loyal disciplined member of the ANC .#readytoserve
