Good Morning! Taking the 26 Day #Planksgiving at my gym -vipfitclubllc/. Each day, I have to do 26 burpees (see video to follow) and 1 minute plank (like a push up, but you hold the position, supporting your outstretched body while on your elbows, for a minute) Last, I must share something Im thankful for. Well, I missed this yesterday and had to do it twice today (in addition to my 1/2 hour workout). Im now, all caught up. So today, Im thankful that I dont have to do that again, WHEW! Burpees Suck! But, its all about fitness, developing a new normal (making it my lifestyle) and ABOUT BEING ABLE TO EAT MORE TURKEY, on Thursday, November 27, 2014! :) youtu.be/JZQA08SlJnM
