Good Morning Team DMC Hello friends feeling a bit achey and tender this morning. Oh and tired but my own personal attitude will sort that. We have a 2 and a half year old who likes to play games and be a wee rascal in the middle of the night. Anyway busiest day of the week in the gym. Super busy all round right now. I have Julie, Emma, Roddy and Jo today. I also have a taser sandwiched in amongst that. Then at 1:30pm I have PT with my main man Pablo. Tonight Im off out with Julie to Billys 40th birthday party. A lot of our friends will be there. Great fun I am sure. All the crew will be rocking in DMC HQ .... Its going to be a great day. Been up since 4:30 working on me and my P.E.P.P for the day.
