Good Morning Team! Morning Exercise or Afternoon Exercise? Which is better? The first obvious question is - are you a morning person? This usually is the determining factor if you are willing to get up in the morning to start some exercise. If you take long to wake up then it is probably more likely that you will do some training later in the afternoon. However, research actually shows that late afternoon is better for exercise. Your strength and endurance is higher in the later afternoon due to the slight increase of your body temperature during the day. These reasons, along with being more alert, contribute to the decrease likeliness of getting an injury in the afternoon. In the end, your lifestyle, work schedule and family will determine when you have time to exercise. Just thought you would like to know :)
