Good Morning! Time for the verse of the day! A fool despises his fathers instruction, But he who receives correction is prudent. Proverbs 15:5 Of all the books in the bible this is among my top 10 favorites. So I learn, you are stupid, unwise, foolish to despise instruction/correction. If you have a no one can tell me anything attitude you are unwise because you have to learn everything first hand which means you are a repeater of another persons mistakes. It will take you twice as long or more to elevate bc you keep starting over. We must stand on the shoulders of our parents and those who came before us so we excel faster. You can move quicker than other objects when you have been flung into by a slingshot! Everything we have we didnt work for, histories greatest attribute is its ability to advance others should we choose to learn from it. History, is a great instructor. God is the same throughout history. If you want/need something, find it in the Word, and do as those who did that received what you desire. God said heaven and earth will past away before His Word returns to Him void. Stand on His Word. Be blessed!
