Good Morning Uganda - a Country where leaders will never miss a chance to Act like Father Xmas especially when election fever has been brought forward for more than a year. On Sunday, while officiating at the opening of Amos Diary .......(something) in Mbarara with a joint venture with American Diary .....(something), the President promised 6 cows per household in Uganda. Recently, the Uganda Bureau of Statistics failed to carry out a head count of every Ugandan and made a big announcement of how they had counted a certain percentage of Ugandans. In MATHEMATICS, you can only get a %age of something ONLY when you know the TOTAL figure. THE BIG QUESTIONS: How will the President know how many households exist in Uganda? How will he distribute the six cows per household? Is this early Xmas announcement a result of the #JPAM panic?
