Good Morning!!!!!!! We all know about the frequently used quote First Impression is the Best Impression. But do you know what Actually the Word IMPRESS stand for ?? It stands for I-Idea M-message P-Pause R-Receiver E-Empathy S-Sender S-Security check In general ,this can be called as Parameters of Communication in Functional English.
