Good Morning. We just released a brand new feature that many of you have asked for - the ability to sync your TroopTrack calendar with your calendar application (Outlook, Google Calendar, etc) without making your calendar public. To use this feature, just go to Manage -> Settings -> Edit Settings. You will see a new Calendars tab. Click on the Generate button and TT will create a special URL that you can share with your members to let them sync their calendars with the troop calendar without making your calendar public. Once you have the URL, you can add it to your calendar program following the instructions for your program. Instructions for Google Calendar and for Apple Calendar can be found in the TroopTrack user guide. Consult the Outlook user guide for instructions for subscribing to an external calendar feed.
