Good Morning. Yuck!, cold damp and rainy outside. Well thats the forecast. But as the ol Sayin goes when given lemons... Make some lemonade!! PTL!!! Can I ask you a ??? Has God ever asked you to do something that made you ... Uncomfortable? How did you respond? Did you ever tell God no? The Bible says: Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. (Isaiah 53:4-5 KJV) This scripture passage has always challenged me. Its very descriptive of the sacrificial offering God made of His only begotten Son and the Obedience of His Son that was Faithful even unto Death. That helps me when the trials tempt me...to say no... To my Heavenly Father. That sacrifice speaks to my heart deep down inside. God....help my life to be ...what you ...would have it be.
