Good Morning all, it is Thursday again, and it has been a crazy week. Since last post, I have had another 7-8 liters of fluid drained from the body on Monday, and have been in Providence Memorial Hospital in El Paso since Monday receiving my first 96 hour continuous IV Chemo. The new recipe is a much stronger one according to the doc. He said getting a truck load as a reference. Not expecting the majority of side effects until this dose is done. Still not experience nausea yet, but they are giving me an anti-nausea prior to the bag changes. My LDH numbers are high, which is also a positive sign that the chemo is once again destroying the cancer cells. They are now focusing on kidney function to ensure that nothing serious happens in the disposalof the damaged cancer cells. We feel the prayers and give thanks to the Lord everyday. Sure do wish I could deploy to Inlow with my Disaster Relief family. Love you all...
