Good Morning and Happy Friday. Just a reminder that the Fall Festival at Memorial Baptist Church will be tomorrow evening at 630pm. All are invited to come out and have fun. Remember the cake walks, the kids running around in their costumes having so much fun. I remember going to the fall festivals when I was stationed in Missouri. I remember one man that was always ready to go to the festivals. His name was John Ryder. He would call us and we would all go and have fun. Win a cake or two in the cake walks. I learned a lot from John and miss him. He always had a smile and a good word(s) for you. Today I thank God for another day in my life. I thank God for what he has and will do for me and my family. I pray that God will help this country and its leadership. God bless our town and its leadership. I pray that Sylvania will once again thrive as it used to be. Stores all opened downtown. Its people shopping and greeting each other. May the glory of God be with you this day and everyday. I feel very blessed these days. I am at peace within my heart, soul, and mind. Be at peace.
