Good Morning.. bible says, the young are called bcuz they are strong, the old ones becuz they know the way. The LAST person I want to blow it with is the one who KNOWS the way. I think to myself sometimes, what was Elisha like? Jeremiah? Elijah? Isaiah? John the Baptist? prophets who had to make real sacrifices. The prophet whose whole life was a prophetic utterance-he had to lay on the ground so many days, and then turn over and do it again. the prophet who had to bury a garment, then dig it up with worms and bugs all over it and WEAR it! The prophet who had to marry a promiscuous woman..the prophet who cried and cried..I wonder about their disposition while they were going thru all of that. the one who had to live in a big fish stomach 3 days..People highly used of God are not always patient as a grandmother in a rocking chair. They dont always pass out warm fuzzies.
