Good Morning everyone , It has been decided by the SU election committee to extend the registration period for 1 week. That will shift the Election dates to be as follow: Important Dates Registration: from Sunday 20/10/2013 until Wednesday 30/10/2013 (from 9:00 am till 4:00 pm). Campaign: from Sunday 3/11/2013 until Thursday 7/11/2013 SU Elections Day: Sunday November 10th, 2013 From: 11:00 am-2:00 pm Registration Requirements: • The group list must contain at least a student from each faculty. • The group list must contain at least 2 girls. • Candidates must have a valid HU I.D. (year 2013-2014). • Candidates must abide by all elections rules. • Campaigning must be limited to the set dates. • Candidates must have fulfilled all his/her financial obligations to the university. • She/he has not been subjected to any internal legal investigation. • She/he did not have any misconduct behavior inside or outside the University. Rules: • No insults. • No rude behavior. • No violence. • Campaigning costs should not exceed 500 LE. Per-group. (group list) • Campaigning costs should not exceed 300 LE. Per-person (Individual list) • No campaign advertising during the elections day. • No actual political parties. Any violation of these rules will result in disqualification of the candidate.
