Good Morning everyone. Much has been going on this past week. First, North Bergen lost a great coach yesterday which made me sad. Second, Verizon has been doing a lot of drilling and banging on my building lately while our new manager has been trying to prevent them from installing a THIRD antenna outside my unit. There has been no long term testing done to convince me they are safe ... and the government protects these large companies. Third, one friend who helps in my store is on vacation this week ... and yesterday the other one told me he wont be able to help me today or tomorrow and Ill be on my own ... Then, watching the tree lighting and hearing Christmas carols being sung got to me last night. To tell you the truth, I cant wait to begin 2015. Friends have been inviting me to spend holidays with them, but I think I am better off just staying alone. I might not have a family to spend time with, but I have so many other things. I have G-d in my life and good health for which I am most grateful ... and I have awesome friends. Last night, after the crowds left NYC, I handed sandwiches to homeless people which put everything into perspective for me and made me realize how lucky I am. I inherited good genes which keeps me strong ... and I had a mom who made sure I got my education so I could provide for myself. Now I am off to work.
