Good Morning everyone Someone asked me yesterday about buying a Park Home, Im sorry I cant remember who it was. I have checked them out and found out that many of them (not all) are only 11 months residency and you must vacate them at least for 1 month a year. Site fees are around £200 a month and worst of all on at least 2 places I checked out, if you decide to sell at some stage then the owners of the Park must approve the buyer as suitable and in 1 case they want a 10% commission on the sale price!! So thats off the table now for sure. Moving to Spain for various reasons is also off the table at least for the next 6 - 12 months. A bungalow is the way to go for me its just deciding now what part of the country I can afford to live in.
