Good Morning everyone! This may be a long shot and rather bold but I think it is worth a try...I am looking to expand on an already successful Cafe/Storm Chasing photo Gallery here in Warwick. I have a proven success both in the art of coffee, photography and in addition to those skills, Antique furniture sales specialising in Australian Red Cedar and colonial furniture. I French polish and restore the furniture my self. The only thing holding me back is funding. I am looking for a partner where money is no object and doesnt stand in the way of dreams. Someone who is interested in opening a Cafe either here in Warwick town centre (my cafe at the moment is in Warwick Hospital) that would incorporate a gallery of my storm chasing photos and Red Cedar furniture and supply coffee and a niche cafe market waiting to be explored ( I wont mention that food idea here). I am hard worker and dedicated to hospitality having spent 20 over years in the industry. I also have a proven success in training staff to copy my Barista skills so that a standard is maintained in my absence. My Cafe Christos is already a huge success and I have thousands upon thousands of locals who will testify to that after 5 years of operation in Warwick. My training was on the Gold Coast in two of the largest Cafe/restaurants on the Coast and I am not afraid to expand the business to the Coast. Preferably the cafe would open somewhere in SE Qld as most of my photography is in SE Queensland so the images are local. Already I am very busy with image sales and i would like a more professional look to the gallery side of things and also expand the product range further than images on the Wall. The 2015 calendar was a huge sucess and the opportunities to expand from there are endless. I truly believe you have to make things happen. By getting this out there, I am sure there is someone who is looking to try something new and interesting and I have absolutely no doubt it will be successful. The restaurant I worked on the Gold Coast was a heavily decorated Gold Plate award restaurant and I was trained by the best in barista skills, fine dining and silver service. When I left, Maria said to me, Christo, open a cafe, you will make a fortune Those words from Maria were rininging in my ears when I took the leap and opened a small cafe in Warwick Hospital. I had no concerns what so ever because I knew the coffee that I made stood out form the rest. Now, I ready to take it further. Thank you for reading this, please pass it on or share it to anyone you may think could be interested in something new and exciting. I can be contacted on 0410972113 or by email chrismcferran70@hotmail or by private message on personal page below. Hope you all have a great Australia Day long weekend! This weekend, wile the storms are quiet, I will be chasing my dreams. Regards, Chris McFerran. https://facebook/SEQLDsevere.storms
