Good Morning everyone! Today marks a special day for me! Once year ago today I decided to put down all the excuses and make a change in my life. One year ago today I started my weight loss journey. I started at my lowest of lows in life and it had its many ups and downs but I kept pushing. So my start weight as of a year ago was 191.4.... I weighed myself this morning and I weigh 122.8 I never ever thought I would loose 68.6 pounds. I am so proud of myself and thankful for everyone that believed in me and cheered me on. My story isnt over yet! This is a lifetime commitment and I have other goals to reach :) In the picture you will see the piece of paper I have had hanging on my bathroom mirror. It was a reminder to myself daily to never give up!
