Today is Super emotional because it was today 17 years ago that I opened The Chilli Bar where old friends Meet..Before opening The Chilli Bar I worked House keeping at The King Solomon Hotel,Israel..Janitor in Amsterdam,Switzerland I was spoiled Rotten,Thanks Lang,Anna,Neil and Aunty Rita..Paris,was a cleaning job..Thanks Joy and Frank for letting me stay so long(7 months)..London..glass washer..thanks Banu..Egypt..second Cooking job..Thank YOU God for all these amazing things you have brought into my life,Coming back from this life journey,I had no money and no job.got a job at FERRYMANS waterfront... Thanks Mark Abrahamse. I saved my tips bought tables and chairs,applied for a liquor license,resigned from Ferrymans and two weeks Later 4 July 1997 The Chilli Bar was born!
