Must have understanding of therapeutic massage. Sessions include reflexology, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Warm Bamboo Massage, and Prenatal Massage. We are seeking dedicated and experienced massage therapists to work with us. ***Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time)*** Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and scheduling appointments. Primary Responsibilities: Answer phones and operate a switchboard. Answer inquiries about company. Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable. Have new clients fill out paperwork. Enter paperwork information into database. Make tea. Ensure reception area is tidy. Hand out employee applications. Arrange appointments. Cash out people when necessary. Send email and faxes. Collect and distribute parcels and other mail. Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties. Take and relay messages. Update appointment calendars. Schedule follow-up appointments. Experience: 1 year preferred. Hours: Wednesday 4:00pm - 8:15pm Friday 8:45am - 8:15pm Saturday (every other Saturday) 8:45am - 5:15pm (hours may vary) Please come in person to drop off a resume or to fill out an application.
