Good Morning, isnt great the Sun is shining and its warm outside. Thank you all who braved the cold and came and ate! As Lent begins I would like to offer meatless meals on Friday, there is the cheese enchildas, chile rellenos, tortilla soup, bean burritos, and I am working on a fish taco, that is not a fried fish stick in a tortilla.I am afraid the cold froze part of my creative side, because I am having a hard time thinking!! If you have a request and it not too over the top, Ill try making it and YOU get to try it out for free, I need ideas. Have a great day and be care of the hidden ice patches on the sidewalks.
