Good Morning to All. Please follows with us further developments in the Jonn Basson case. The first principle in law important here is that the actions of these syndicates i.e. the lawyers, the liquidators, the judges meet with the provisions and definition of the Prevention of Organised Crime Act in other words they are all acting in Organised Crime. Jonns solvent business was liquidated by the lawyers i.e. Susan Tintingers and the rest of the crew of Stinkfingers Inc sending a letter of demand to an abandoned address 1500 km from his business. Furthermore his lawyer Mathys Krog withdrew unilaterally on the eve of the hearing leaving Jonn standing in front of the High Court judiary with no legal representation and no papers. High Court Judge Ledwaba refused to give a postponement for Jonn to obtain replacement lawyers and gave the Order for liquidation with a smile on his face no doubt savouring the gratitude of those who made application for the Liquidation. Jonn immidiately lodged an appeal at which the liquidation must be suspended awaiting the appeal. , The Liquidators led by D Botha of Corporate Liquidators have refused to suspend the liquidation and has amongst other things send a team of armed men to Jonns property to intimidated him and forcible evict him from the property without having an eviction order. During this time Jonn was assaulted by one Roderick Roets of Omniland auctioneers accompanied by 3 armed men. When they could not evict him forcibly Botha brough an application for Jonns eviction through Susan Tintingers. Susan Tintingers apparently had access to a friendly judge i.e. Potterril who ruled that Jonn should be evicted. The ruling was strange indeed as amongst other things the judge then approved the criminal actions of the liquidators relative to the forced eviction and for good measure then approved a fraudulent non-existant claim of R 4 million made against the property by Standard Bank and Botha acting in concert. Jonn then made application for leave to appeal, Justice Poterrill then embarked on some strange actions wherby she took the procedure applications procedure out of the office of the Registrar and moved it to her personal clerk, moved the hearing date forward by 6 weeks and made various threats against Jonn in a personal letter. The hearing is now set for Monday 15 September 2014. Poterrills known for criminalising those in front of her in civil matters by making a trumped up criminal judgement at the same time as the civil judgement when none has been applied for and then promptly jail those that question and appeal her rulings. There are already signs of her intentions in this regard and Jonn has asked that this case is taken to open and public platform here on PALL to make the public aware of these corrupt practices.
