Good News: LoadedHost has announced a new form of Support... Very Interesting and Cool... Its called Account Manager Who is an Account Manager? An Account Manager is a Dedicated/Shared Administrator assigned to a certain Client on LoadedHost. The admin is Exclusive and Special(Dedicated) for a Certain Client. You can contact your account manager anytime you need his/her support relating to your account with LoadedHost. You dont need to open a ticket again, you can simply contact your Account manager via Email or even phone call or BBM or whatever. Its now an easy way to get support and faster... Difference Between Dedicated and Shared? The name speaks for it self, Dedicated is Dedicated to only you! And you can contact via Phone, BBM, Facebook, Email, Whatsapp, Google+, WHT Forum or anywhere the Admin is.... Shared on the other hand is not Dedicated to only you.. But a few other clients, maximum of 7. You cannot contact that admin privately via social media or personal call (Friend style) , you can only contact officially via the Email of the Admin on the Host e.g admin_name@loadedhost Unlike the Dedicated that you can Email the personal email e.g admin_name@gmail etc.... Where loadedhost cannot track your discussion with the admin... Every Client now has an Account Manager :D How do i know my account Manager? It simple, Open a ticket and ask! ;) How do i know if the admin is shared or dedicated? If the admin gives you his/her private contact, then he/she is Dedicated. If he/she does not... Maybe gives you the Host email or only answers you via Ticket then know the admin is Shared :D What if i want Dedicated? You dont choose :p It depends on your Eligibility e.g a Client Running Unlimited Hosting is Eligible and surely has a Dedicated Admin. A Client running VPS Or Dedicated Server is Eligible and has Dedicated Account manager. I Opened ticket, they said i dont have an account manager!! Its because, you are either a new client or you dont have any Asset Worth Order from us e.g you just buy only domain. No Account manager for you. Hosting and above, you have a manager :D My Account manager ask me to open ticket! WTF? Yes, sometimes, when the Admin cannot solve your problem e.g your problem is from the server and the admin cannot access the Server, there is nothing he can do. But you may be Lucky, your account manager is at a top Level.. and has access to every part of the host.
