The weather will be much better in all the Philippines today as I see it now. At the moment it looks cloudy and rainy over Zamboanga and Palawan. At this time it does look as if there is heavy rain coming from the East that could affect Mindanao. I am watching 2 areas closely East of Guam and the Marshal Islands. Ill keep you informed time to time as the day progresses. From extreme Northern Luzon to extreme Southern Mindanao you can expect mostly sunny skies filtered at times with a few clouds.
